Looking for a Few Good People...

We need help putting on our events! Volunteers are the grease that keeps the adventure racing machine moving. If you want to get a preview of what adventure racing is about or want a behind the scenes view of a race, please volunteer! All members of Big Mountain Adventure have volunteered at other races and were proud to do so. Great friends and good spirits keep this sport moving forward!

There is a variety of commitment levels needed from volunteers, so don't worry about not being able to do enough to help. Everything helps! Particular skills are not always necessary although experienced, safety-minded individuals that can help with things like ropes or special challenges are greatly appreciated. For your time and effort you will be rewarded with various perks depending on the particular event such as: t-shirts, food and beer/beverages, SWAG, friendship, and of course... a sense of accomplishment. :)

April 21st, 2012 Big Mountain Trail Run A TRUE Colorado Trail Run - Raw Beauty and Rugged Terrain in Colorado Springs. 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon Options   May 19th, 2012 Chadron Adventure Race This race is being put on by our partner Angry Cow Adventures in Chadron, Nebraska. Chadron State Park Nebraska's best kept secret. This race should be good. We'll be supporting, attending and hope to see you there too!   June 23rd, 2012 Big Mountain AR @ America's Mountain We're cranking up the awesomeness. This is THE Colorado Adventure Race of 2012. 2hr, 6hr, 12hr, and 24hr Options in Green Mountain Falls at the foot of Pikes Peak - America's Mountain!   August 18th, 2012 Rampart Rage AR It's back! Expect a similar awesome race, but with a new course design in Woodland Park. If you missed it last year, now's the time to see what the fuss was about. Return Racers will fall in love all over again.
